Willows is a contemporary reverse level home, situated in a fantastic location just a short stroll to one of St Ives’ most popular beaches, Porthmeor. This is the perfect base to walk to town and explore, and with three on-site parking spaces you have the option to easily venture beyond. This beautifully furnished family home with an enclosed courtyard is the ultimate escape.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen stretches across the top floor. This sociable and charming space has views of St Ives Bay and the Cornish Coastline. Take a seat and put your feet up whilst switching on the Smart TV, which also offers Sky, the perfect end to any day. There is a perfectly placed bench under the window, a great place to watch the sunrise or sunset with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! The kitchen offers everything you could want, from a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave to a Nespresso coffee machine and wine cooler. Ample utensils and crockery are also provided. Enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table that comfortably seats six people and once you are all done, no need to wash up as Willows has a dishwasher! There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedrooms are all situated on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobe and drawers. The master bedroom also has the added benefit of an ensuite shower, wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed with patio doors leading out onto the courtyard. This bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe and drawers. The third bedroom can be configured as a double bed or two single beds and has plenty of storage. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower head, wash hand basin and WC.

Willows has the added bonus of an enclosed and private courtyard with rattan furniture, a gas BBQ and a fire pit. This suntrap is an ideal spot to enjoy your evening cocktails and nibbles or to dine alfresco.
