Poor communication but good otherwise

There was no communication from the property regarding check in. We had to go to the reception For John Fowler. They did not have any record as it was a private booking. Manager thankfully contacted the owner and provided us with the code for the key. But we did appreciate the welcome including the cookies, tea, coffee and milk. Thanks Location was nice, quiet and surrounded by nature. There is bus service to go to St Ives centre.
