This beautifully presented former fisherman's cottage, located at the junction of St Peter's Street and Back Road East, is full of character and Cornish charm. On the ground floor, two bright bedrooms are bathed in natural light from large sash windows and offer ample storage, ideal for families or couples.
Downstairs, the inviting open-plan sitting room, kitchen, and dining area provides a cosy space to relax and unwind after a day by the sea, while the thoughtfully designed family bathroom includes separate bathing and toilet areas for added convenience.

Bathroom: electric shower over the bath, basin and separate WC (please note there is limited headroom for shower)
Kitchen and sitting room: open-plan with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, leading to the living area with a Smart TV, 2 x easy chairs and a 2-seater sofa.

Due to Granny’s central location, some external noise from the street may be heard. This has not troubled many of our guests, but we recommend that light sleepers take this into consideration.
