About this property

A stunning ground floor apartment with a large outdoor terrace and sea views.

Perched above the breathtaking sands of Carbis Bay Beach, 3 Sandy Lane is a luxury ground-floor apartment perfectly positioned within easy walking distance of this much-loved, family-friendly beach. It's an idyllic base for a relaxing Cornwall coastal holiday, combining comfort, style and an unbeatable location.

Arrive, drop your suitcases, grab the surfboards and head straight down to the azure blue waters and white sands of Carbis Bay. Nestled between Gwithian Sands and St Ives, this stretch of coastline is renowned for its crystal-clear colours and artistic heritage, famously captured by artists such as John Miller.

Carbis Bay offers everything you need for a memorable seaside escape, including excellent restaurants, a luxury spa and relaxed beach bars. The beach is ideal for safe swimming, paddleboarding and building sandcastles with little ones. Just below 3 Sandy Lane, a charming coastal railway carries a small train between Carbis Bay and St Ives town centre - widely regarded as one of the most scenic (if short) train journeys in Britain.

Inside, the apartment is stylish, modern and beautifully appointed, offering everything you need for a truly memorable stay. The open-plan living space features comfortable furnishings, luxury linens and thoughtful touches throughout. Step outside and enjoy alfresco dining on the balcony, perfect for long summer evenings with family and friends.

The apartment has two elegant double bedrooms, each warm and inviting, with its own television, crisp white cotton bedding and quality duvets for a restful night's sleep. The contemporary bathroom features a double-ended bath, ideal for unwinding after a day on the South West Coast Path or an afternoon on the beach.
No detail has been overlooked, from underfloor central heating and a Blu-ray player, to Netflix on every TV and a Nespresso machine for that all-important morning coffee.

Whether you're enjoying a coastal walk, playing a round at the nearby links golf course, or spending lazy days on the sand, returning to 3 Sandy Lane at the end of the day is a pleasure - a luxurious coastal retreat in the heart of Carbis Bay, St Ives.

Holiday in Carbis Bay

Been here several times and never disappointed with the accommodation. Always a pleasure to open the door and see the apartment and what it has to offer. Bed very comfortable. Enough storage space for your clothes. Kitchen has everything you need but the table could be a little bigger for a family of four. Settee comfortable for a short while, Bathroom good, but the shower assembly is loose and is in danger of falling off the wall. Could do with a heated mirror as it gets steamed up very quickly. Bathroom towels lovely and thick. Parking on a slope but enough space between cars. Overall a very nice apartment however we will not be returning next year as the price has been increased by 17% even though the current inflation rate is around 2%.

Beautiful well thought out apartment

This apartment is modern and very well equipped even down to good quality hairdryers and the little touches of luxury with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The owners have clearly thought about all you would want and more. It even has an excellent sound system! Having Netflix was an attraction for us although the Internet connection wouldn't allow us to benefit from this. We found it very comfortable and really didn't want to leave. With the washer dryer I could have easily been prepared to stay another week had it not been booked up!
