Green facilities, filled with the aesthetically refined and environmentally sensitive, our wine knowledge and membership access to the wineries not open to the public - are second to none. We have the best chefs in both counties (not an exaggeration! but let us know if you disagree).
PREMIER CORPORATE & TEAM-BUILDING RETREATS with only king or queen bedrooms that all have private, ensuite baths, high-speed wifi indoors and out, plus extensive gathering and breakout space. Unlike any other regional vacation rental, a full-time caretaker and an IT expert both live nearby and are always on call to assist. Numerous staff monitor our guest assistance line (text and phone) 365 days a year. We are uniquely configured to provide both the remote, mind-expanding natural environment plus the required amenities, and services to truly ensure “blue ocean” level creative space for either meetings or retreats. We have wide-screen televisions, front projectors, and dedicated meeting room, classroom, or conference space. Though rural, we have wifi speeds on multiple networks of 350-450mbs throughout the large property.

AMENITIES OF THE PROPERTIES: Chemical-free pool* with endless in-water benches overlooking the valley spreading out below, expansive surrounding deck with commercial barbecue and large fire-pit, hot tub, bocce, summit deck, and a media room with 60" screen and surround sound. Multiple areas for outdoor seating and dining, including dining tables, both inside and out. The kitchen was designed for our chef, thus professional quality: 12' island, 4' range, 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, state-of-the-art cooking equipment, etc. The owner, a European-trained interior designer, has used antique furnishings and finishes throughout. EVENTS, RETREATS, WINE-MAKER DINNER PARTIES: We can arrange any size event at a myriad of private vineyard estates - otherwise not open to the public ~ ideal for corporate meetings, dinner parties, wine tastings, team classes, rehearsal dinners, elopements, or intimate weddings or renewals. We can arrange intimate-sized parties or a rural wine country gathering of any type and style as we have a 5-star event planner on staff knowledgeable of all regional venues and venues of quality in the two-county area. Elopements and corporate meetings are easily accommodated, as are private events at boutique wineries; inquire about our options.

These properties are rural, surrounded by world-famous vineyards and wineries; your own private nature preserve.
CONCIERGE SERVICES: we have our very own team of viticulture, wine, and food experts at your service. As you can well imagine, expert concierge services can add an extra dimension and lasting memories for you and your guests. Our concierge can design itineraries with such specifics as region, varietal, award-winning, up-and-coming, new leading-edge winemakers, small production, etc. Examples of what we can arrange include:
--Arrival Pour and Orientation. We highly recommend that one of our wine experts meet & greet you with a tasting of choice and a discussion of the inner workings of viticulture and winemaking commensurate with the knowledge level of your group
--Touring and Tasting. Any access & custom itinerary of the best of the Wine Country
--Tastings on Property. Some of the best local wineries will come to our estate to do a formal tasting for your group on property (this can limit the amount of time spent in vans driving around the valleys)
--Winemakers and/or Vintner Dinners on property. Tastings and pairings with noteworthy local experts are teamed with a chef of their choice for an extended conversation and experience of the wines
--Private Chef(s): Luxury on-property experience, up to 3 meals a day - or even 4!! Chef’s tastings menu or pairings - that can become a class or an entire meal with education.
--On-site Classes: Cooking, Sommelier, Cheesemaking, Morning Yoga or Pilates stretching on The Summit Deck, perfume making, painting ...

CHECK-IN is 4:00 p.m.: checkout is at 11:00 a.m. We do our very best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but cannot make any guarantees less than 5 days before arrival or departure. A rental agreement of 31 nights minimum is required (as per Napa regulations). Arrivals or departures on a Saturday are usually not possible. This listing describes a combination of several of our neighboring estates, potentially yielding up to 15 bedrooms combined.
AIRPORTS: We highly recommend the easy-access regional airport in Santa Rosa, STS, 30 minutes from the estates. Saves over 3 hours round trip: no traffic, no airport congestion, flights from Denver, Dallas, Seattle, Portland, San Diego, Orange County, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Francisco, LAX, Palm Springs, and more.
