Cozy three-bedroom townhome in the heart of St. Helena

Welcome to Mariposa House in St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley. This three-bedroom, single-level townhome comfortably accommodates up to six people. Located within a five-minute walk to St. Helena's charming Main Street, guests can easily enjoy the shopping , dining, and wine tasting that make St. Helena one of the most sought-after locations in the Napa Valley. Mariposa House features hardwood floors, large decorative area rugs throughout, new kitchen appliances, furnishings, window coverings and decor. The primary en suite bathroom is newly renovated and includes a walk-in shower, large vanity, and luxurious heated tile floors. The galley kitchen offers a large walk-in pantry with all the amenities needed to prepare a meal for any occasion. The kitchen contains dishes, silverware, pots & pans, toaster, blender, mixer, Keurig, microwave, wine and other glassware, and most utensils. The dining room table comfortably seats six and patio seating for four is available just off the kitchen. There is also a separate, private patio off the primary bedroom with seating for two guests to relax with their morning coffees or evening glasses of wine. The entire backyard is fenced and provides unparalleled privacy. Twinkle lights enhance the evening patio gatherings and add a romantic charm to the setting. Featuring a primary en suite bedroom with king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and a bedroom/office with a queen sofa bed the home can comfortably sleep six adults. The home features spacious closets in all bedrooms and includes abundant bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels. The garage accommodates two cars with additional parking in the private driveway and on the street. There is a laundry area within the garage, providing both a washer, dryer and laundry sink. Large windows and sliders provide an abundance of light throughout the house. On cooler nights, the warmth and glow from the gas fireplace in the living room sets a relaxing tone for guests. Vaulted ceilings provide an open feeling within the main living space. A community pool is available and has been recently updated. Plenty of breach towels and toys are provided. Lounge chairs are at the pool. Many wineries are in the area and we have a manual that will list many of them. Restaurants are abundant and you can walk to many from the home. We offer keyless LOCKLY entry.

Lovely updated duplex with all the amenities you need. Across from a park and walking distance to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Also has a two car garage which is nice for keeping your car out of the weather. We definitely enjoyed our stay and think you will too!
