Citrus Cove isn't just a place to stay—it's where bay breezes, beach days, and unforgettable moments come together.
- The pool is available for heating starting October 1. There will be an additional charge of $60/day for the length of your stay to have the pool heated. Please let us know if this is something you would like to add on to your trip.
- Guests have access to all Plantation amenities that include pickle ball courts, tennis courts, Olympic-style pool, beach access, nature trails, bike paths, fitness center etc.
- This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged for the first dog, $50+tax for the second. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
- St. George Island Plantation requires a $100 entrance fee. This is included in your reservation as Community Fee.
• Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
• For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
• Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
• You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.
