Memorable Vacation

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. This beach house is wonderful for a large family. Lovely, well equipped, and spacious. The pool area is beautiful, and the pool heater worked great. The area under the house is spacious and clean as well. Wonderful for games and riding bikes.

Clean and spacious with easy beach access!

This property was absolutely amazing, I cannot recommend it enough!! My family and I have been visiting St. George Island annually for many years now, and this home has been one of my favorites by far! Our group ended up having 10 females (+1 pup), and the home was spacious enough for all of us to live for a week without feeling cramped. The large kitchen island and dining tables were a phenomenal touch as we cooked 95% of our meals on this trip. The pool was a big hit with everyone and we split most of our time between there and the beach! Plus the outdoor seating options (deck and poolside) were well shaded and spacious! The carport below the house was an amazing use of space as well as it comfortably fit 3 large SUVS, 2 large golf carts, several beach wagons, and lots of beach gear! I do wish there were some amber or sea turtle friendly lights installed in the outdoor areas as it was a little difficult to navigate the stairs without turning on the bright flood lights at night, but this is just a suggestion and definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying here again!! We are all so grateful for the hosts hospitality and we hope to book this property again in the future! Cheers!

Just beachy

This house is clean, beautifully decorated and the property manager made everything clear and easy from check in to check out. The house feels warm and the beach views, especially the sunrises, are wonderful. We had everything we needed and more! The kids always had something to do, either playing at the beach just across the street or playing in the pool. Even on rainy days, there was a tv in each room for entertainment. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful beach vacation.

Family Friendly

This was our first trip to SGI, and this house was fantastic and met our needs perfectly! We had 3 families in the house with 5 kids under the age of 8, with 2 under 18 months of age. This is was perfect for the toddlers, with no steps inside to worry about, the pool fenced off to keep the kids in or out, and the front balcony had the stairs gated off so we could have less worries with the little ones outside. The parking area under the house was great for playing corn hole and had plenty of seating for everybody to gather around. The house itself was clean, well stocked, they provided nice, big, thick beach towel, kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, even a pack n’ play was in the kid’s closet and high chair in the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry detergent was also provided. The open floor plan is great so everybody can be together with plenty of seating. Beds were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens provided. The beach access is across the street and 1 house down, making it convenient and easy to go back and forth between the house, pool, and beach. We have no complaints and we will definitely be back! At the end of the week we found ourselves saying “Just One More Day” so the house is appropriately named.

Amazing

Renting was easy just booked online and all payments was made online. Stayed from Saturday to Saturday had a amazing week. From the moment walked in the door the clean smell was soooo very inviting. Plenty of room for my family, love the layout. Large kitchen and living area made for some wonderful memories being made with our granddaughter. The view of the ocean is wonderful with just a short walk to the beach. Spent lots of time on the large front deck. Enjoyed the small but lovely pool. And at night each could go to their bedroom and have lots of privacy. We have stayed in several beach houses and never untill this time found "the one". Loved the fact that no need to bring beach towels, beach chairs...nothing. will definitely be coming back to this house when we visit the island next time...hopefully in 2020!!!! Family Beach Trip

House was amazing from the beautiful location to the luxurious beach towels provided. Easy access to the beach, shaded pool area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable outside sitting area, comfortable beds, and lots of space for everyone to chill. Only drawback is that you cannot access the house without being exposed to the weather because the overhang of the house doesn't cover the steps. No big deal except when we first arrived and were unloading after a nice rain shower.

Home was well equipped and while we had a few glitches on arrival, they were quicky resolved. Plenty of room to spread out and come together for meals. The only downside we encountered was cold water temp in pool.

Wonderful family trip at Thanksgiving

Final Approach was easily the nicest and cleanest house I have stayed at in 15 years going to St. George. The open floor plan and private bathrooms for each bedroom was a real bonus for our family. The front porch had a lovely sofa and seating area with an unobstructed view of the ocean. We also made good use of the paddle boat that was provided and on two calm days got to see dolphins up close. Overall, wonderful home!!!

Brand New Beauty, Comfort & Style!

LOVED Final Approach! This 1st tier house exceeded our expectations - each room had it's own bath, the kitchen was fabulous, it was stocked with everything we needed and gorgeous to look at. We had comfortable beds and enjoyed our coffee watching the sunrise from the front porch. Beautiful views of the ocean from the family room and front bedrooms. Relaxed in the pool after a day at the beach and we got to enjoy the kayak a couple of times. We have been visiting the Island for several years and will absolutely return to Final Approach. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Wonderfully relaxing location!

This was our first trip to SGI and it did not disappoint! This is a beautiful home and is set up nicely to accommodate large groups. We were traveling with several young children and they loved having the private pool. When we arrived - we were delightfully surprised the house was ready earlier than expected! We found the kitchen lacking some essentials, but contacted Carla and she quickly brought us those items! Overall we had a wonderful stay. If I could provide any kind of suggestions (only to make a great thing better) would be to request to have the AMAZING front deck screened in. We spent ample time out there as there was a great breeze at all times, but come dusk the mosquitoes ran us inside QUICK! I don't know if it was because of the time of year we were there (7/28-8/4) or if the rains had anything to do with it, but it was still a bummer to have to retreat to the house every night as soon as the sun started to set - especially since we had already planned to play outdoor games and hang out under the house every evening. We would highly recommend this home to others, and would love to visit again in the future!
