The house was clean and well stocked with all supplies. Love the room layouts. It had easy access to the pool but was far enough away to not hear the pool noise. The pool was large enough and very nice.

Nice property for our triathlon weekend

Our party of five adults and one toddler were very happy with this property. Location put us close to town and hiking. The townhouse is in great shape and kitchen had what we needed to cook in. Pool and hot tub so close and it still wasn’t noisy. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this place! Very clean and easy to access the door and TV’s etc. Only small issue we had was the checkout time is listed at 10 on the VRBO website and listed as 11 on the paper on the kitchen counter. We left by 10 to be safe. Otherwise no issues!

Great set up and close to pool

We brought our kids and a few of their friends for a dance competition. This place is set up very well. There were 8 of us and it never felt crowded. The pool is right outside the back door. It made it so easy for the kids to come and go as they needed. Both 8 year olds and 15 year olds had a fun time at the pool. It was clean. It was nice knowing I could walk around without shoes on. I would definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend it.

missing one key thing...

We loved the condo, the pool, the pickleball courts, everything was so great. But our front door lock had trouble. Once we got in the battery died, Chole got it charged, but then it wouldn't unlock or lock from the outside. Like it needed to be reprogramed or something. We had to go in an out from the back sliding glass door.

Great family getaway!

We wanted to bring 3 families together totaling 9 people. This townhome had plenty of room for all of us and provided exactly what we needed. When I arrived, I had a minor bit of trouble locating the unit but ultimately found it with the unit labeled 25 at the front door. The keyless entry was great and has me ready to purchase one for my home. I placed a call to the property assistant about parking and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was clean and cared for so it seems past tenants are doing right by the owner. The only negligible damage I noticed was a small chunk of wood missing from one of the ladders on the kid's bunk beds. So, yeah, kids were involved at some point in the past and it was not an issue for us at all. The one thing we couldn't get to were the pickle ball courts. They were all fairly occupied except for one court that was sun-soaked that nobody would use until sundown. This is a 5 star experience for my family. I would book again when heading to St. George.
