Though much of the staff that we interacted with was amazing, I have to give a special shout out to Shawn. She was lights out, the best receptionist going way above and beyond any expectations and made not only the check-in, but our stay incredible. The breakfast was great, the accommodations were perfect. After a 12 Day Rd. trip, staying in many hotels, we felt that this last one was by far the best!

The front desk agent (middle aged with blond hair) was excellent. Friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. Food server in the morning also did a great job with the breakfasts. Lastly, housekeeping was great as well!

We usually stay here when passing through to Las Vegas and have always had good experiences until now. When we arrived at our room, we found the bathroom dirty, with urine on the floor and toilet. After I complained, we were moved, but the second room had black ash in the sink that we couldn’t identify. Breakfast was okay, but overall, the stay was disappointing. Not sure if we’ll return.

Great stay in St. George

This is a great overnight stay for us. We love the large rooms and the cleanliness of the facility. The fact that pets are accepted is a real bonus. A good breakfast is included, too.

The check in was great. The folks there were kind. The front desk person on Friday did not follow through was terrible. TV in the living room area was not functional but was eventually taken care of. Because the Friday morning desk person did not follow through the housekeeping folks did not take car3 of dirty linens.
