With Utah canyon-inspired décor throughout, this vacation rental brings the character of Southern Utah indoors, creating a beautiful place to unwind after a day of exploring. Relax in the private hot tub, explore the area on the electric scooters, or enjoy some friendly competition at the ping pong table or on the PS5. Guests also have access to Desert Color’s resort amenities, including the community pool, hot tubs, pickleball courts, and 2.5-acre lagoon.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kids’ crafts, food truck nights, and even drive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
