We had a great stay there was room for our group to spread out and enjoy both houses We enjoyed the hot tub and lagoon. The heated pool was smaller than expected but still fun. The only stress point was the wrist bands. We did not count them when we first arrived and they were hard to put on and would not stay on the younger children. At the end of our stay it was stressful wondering if some were lost not knowing how many we needed to have. A lot of time was spent looking for them.

We had a great time here. We had several families (31 of us) in 2 rental units. It worked out great and there was always some activity for the kids and teens to do--ping pong, pickle ball, electric scooters, pool, TV (in every room), hot tub, etc. The appliances were great. The location was a little more remote, which was nice to get away from the busier areas of town. We were a little bummed the lagoon was out of commission but that stuff happens and is out of the renter's control and they made that right with a discounted stay. I will definitely look to book here again.

Should have been cleaner
The property it's self is great. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and easy to access the lagoon and pools. The problem was that we had a lot of issues with the facility itself. The floors were filthy. It is requested that you not wear your shoes inside, but when we did this our feet were black with in a few minutes. I don't think the floors have been cleaned in weeks or longer. The broom was broken and held together with a paper towel. There was a swifer there with no pad or a cleaning solution attached, so it was useless. We couldn't use the hand mixer because there was no beaters. There was only one dish towel for a 5 bedroom home rented for 7 days. We were told that was all we get. We did have to go purchase a few more since we had 10 people staying in the unit. One of the toilets was backed up. The door ice maker on the fridge did not work. The cabinet with the trash and recycle containers was broken. Coffee table and art work on the wall was broken. One of the scooters was broken. They did come and take the scooter and bring a bike in its place. The TV on the deck was not working properly. The lagoon was not available for 3 days. Although most of these items were corrected while we were there, it is obvious that the cleaning crew was not doing their job and the owner has not been around to check on their property to be sure that Red Rock was watching their team doing thier job. We were refunded some resort fees for the lagoon being dow

Wonderful location!
We loved our stay! It was better than we had even hoped. We had 20 people in 2 condos and the space within each condo was big enough to hold our huge group for gatherings and meals. The lake and pool offered hours and hours of entertainment for all!

Amazing! Perfect for a large group.
Beautiful home! Our large family has a yearly reunion and finding a place that accommodates all of us is tricky. Not only did these units fit us great but there were so many fun amenities and extras. The kids especially loved the electric scooters!
Enough beds for everyone and we had 32 in our group. Renters will want to know that the bunk bed room is very close quarters. When trundle beds are used the door to the hallway and bathroom can’t be opened. So probably best to accommodate teens and children.
These units are close enough to walk to the lagoon and pool, which were amazing! Perfect place to beat the heat. We spent almost the entire day there.
Property Managment kept in touch with us throughout or stay so we could always get in touch.

Large Family Gathering
We have stayed at several rental properties over the years as our family has grown we try to find those that are centrally located between Arizona do Utah. We also need more private bedrooms due to so many young married couples in the family now. We were super excited to find this property and how many private rooms it had. The couples didn’t have to share rooms and there was plenty of space. We rented 2 units right across from each other. We enjoyed pickleball, volleyball, hot tubs, scooters, and ping pong. We went hiking, sight seeing, and downtown for yummy food. The location is very convenient to stores, we had to buy ketchup we didn’t have, and other amenities. The family room area was large enough for us to gather for family activities and we loved the ample seating for eating. Originally we thought we might need to bring tables and chairs to set up in the garage but that wasn’t necessary. I called because we didn’t have a broom to sweep the kitchen and within minutes someone was at the door with one…amazing! We would definitely rent at these locations again.

Great stay for a family reunion!
We had an amazing time. We were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very well. It was clean, and very well kept.
One thing that wasn’t accurate was that the bunk rooms said they had bunks with trundles, but when we arrived they didn’t have any trundles. We had a large group and was expecting to have those four extra beds. Without those beds we had to bunk up in other places, like the couches. It was inconvenient, but my family handled it well. I was just disappointed because I was the one who booked it, and told everyone they’d have a bed. The host responded to my inquiry about the trundles timely and seemed surprised they weren’t there. I would assume this is getting resolved. I wouldn’t expect any other issues for anyone in the future, as long as this is taken care of.
This was our only issue. Everything else was fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, comfy beds, and not a list of clean up chores at check out.
