Huge deck with sectional sofa, tables, seating and BBQ. You will love staying at Las Palmas with multiple pools, splash pad, water slides, playgrounds and other activities. Mountain biking and hiking trails just a few blocks away (Bear Claw Poppy, Barrel, Zen, Stucki Springs and other Trails all nearby). Great location to stay and see area State and National Parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Sate Park. Condo was nice and had comfortable beds and nice kitchen. The main downside to our stay was that I specifically picked this because it listed tennis courts available, but there were only pickleball courts. Overall, a pleasant stay though.

Enjoyable stay at the right price!
This condo is fully equipped to host any family gathering. Plenty of cutlery and cookware. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We really felt at home. The deck was great, large outdoor space with good views. The deck is carpeted and the furniture is aged (a few wooden seats need replacing). We didn't have a large group and didn't need all of the seating so it didn't affect our stay. There was plenty of activities to keep our kids engaged. Las Palmas has a lot to offer but the facility is aging. Cracks and repairs were needed to sports surfaces. There's more wear and tear than pictures show. The main pools at the Hub close early on Sunday and only one of the condo pool areas was open for the week we were there. We would have enjoyed using the pools/gym earlier in the day as we were out exploring during the day, but it wasn't a busy time of year so we assumed the hours were reflective of that. Overall, the price was right and our crew really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great place and great host
Rented this after another VRBO condo was sold. Place is in a very nice complex with many amenities. Host was outstanding, helping me rent another place for a day as our schedule changed. I highly recommend this condo. Room for the whole family and quite nice.

Excellent, comfortable stay with amazing views
We have stayed at Las Palmas a few times over the years, and this was the best property of them all. We had Easter dinner at the condo and worked remotely all week with amazing views and wrap around balcony. It was great for both. The beds were very comfortable, and the place quiet enough for my 2-yr old to fall asleep. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.
