The Villa:
Located in a quiet area location in the heart of stunning natural surroundings, the villa is the perfect choice for a family or a group of friends looking for a peaceful and unforgettable stay, plus only a short walking distance from the beach.

The living area is located on the upper level, with a fully glazed living room and a unique view of the blue waters of St. Barths. Enjoy serenity in this cozy, air-conditioned, great room, with its comfortable sofas and armchairs. In the evening mildness, you can just relax thanks to the beautiful, soft lighting.

You will get to enjoy cooking your meals and preparing cocktails with utmost comfort in the fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, regular filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, electric kettle, hood, electric juicer.

A gas barbeque is also featured in the covered terrace, next to the living room. Outdoors, you will also have access to a covered dining room, made of weathered wood, welcomes up to eight guests in a selected furniture, facing the ocean and the beach below. Another dining area with a table for four people is located on the covered terrace at the back of the villa.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms - bedrooms 1 and 2 are situated on the lower level and share a bathroom with rain and regular shower, double sink, hair dryer, towels and beach towels. Both feature a King size bed or with 2 twin beds upon request. Bedroom is situated on the medium level with a King size bed which can be made into twin beds upon request. It features air conditioning, HD-TV with Apple TV, Dish Network and Satellite Channel, safe, and mosquito nets. The ensuite bathroom comes with rain shower and regular shower, ocean view, double sink, hair dryer, towels, and beach towels. All bedrooms overlook the stunning views of either the ocean, the pool, or the hills.

Stairs will lead you on the terrace with deckchairs around the heated swimming poolin a tropical environment.
