Excellent, varied breakfast with fresh fruit varieties and many cereal choices. rooms always thoroughly cleaned with fresh bedding etc. daily over a 13 night stay. Most helpful and courteous staff in all areas from front door onwards.

The room was great and cosy, the restaurants, bars and lounge areas are so comfortable and well maintained. The spa is to live for, great swimming pool, sauna and steam, the relaxation room is the best, silent scented and cosy. I’ll definitely come back!

The hotel itself is very pretty and clean however I was slightly dissapointed as I booked this trip for my partners birthday as a suprise and it was the segregation of the two spas that dissapointed us the most. We stayed for 2 nights which was not cheap I do feel as if you are paying a high price for a hotel you should have access to the whole spa as it comes across slightly distasteful and money grabbing in my opinion. We were told that you could upgrade for £125 each just for the day which I also think is quite ridiculous. The second thing was that the hotel tv only had sky live tv no access to films and no smart tv. Once again I do feel as if you are paying a high price the facilities should be tiptop and you should be able to access Netflix etc. I just felt like the price you pay does not match up with the facilities in my opinion.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful!! However the service at breakfast was terrible. Waited over three quarters of an hour just to get a pot of tea, despite numerous requests. This happened on both mornings of our stay and therefore ruined our experience. Attended the Friday BBQ but unfortunately the food was cold. Would have been so much better self service! Despite this staff were very polite and friendly - it was just VERY slow

Beautiful hotel and spa. Superb dining. Corner suite was above the wedding venue so we were disturbed by the music until midnight. This was disappointing at £870 for the night. We were offered a late check out to compensate. If we book again we’d make sure not to have a room above the wedding venue.
