Check-in took forever. I stood at the desk and was ignored by the two staff as they talked to each other. Then the two door swipe cards didn’t work and I had to go back and have them reprogrammed. The room and hall were filthy. The carpet had stains everywhere. The handicap bathroom had no place to put things down in the shower like soap and there was only a tiny shelf near the sink. Overall, I would not stay here again nor would I tell anyone else to.

The staff was not attending the front desk and those who were there were not trained to know what needed to be done to check people in...needed a blanket for the bed and waited after calling front desk for over 30 minutes.

The whole interior needs an update. Carpets were in poor shape and kind of dirty. We had fleas in our bed and were moved to another room that was ok as far as fleas goes. Just a so, so stay for the money.
