We provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, and more. If these supplies are not sufficient for your stay, additional items can be purchased at nearby stores.

PARKING:
Please park only in designated parking areas. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY:
This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be charged.
REMOTE CONTROLS:
All remotes must remain at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.
KEY FOB & FITNESS CENTER ACCESS:
The key fob provides access to both the front door and the fitness center located in the basement. Please make sure the key fob is returned at checkout.
- If the key fob is lost or not returned, a $35 replacement fee will be charged.
- The key fob cannot be shared with anyone who is not on the reservation.
CONSUMABLES:
A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc.) is provided. Guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors during these times.
PETS:
Pets are allowed at this property under the following conditions:
- Allowed Pets: Up to 2 dogs, each weighing 40 lbs or less, are permitted with a $75 fee per pet.
- Furniture: Pets are not allowed on furniture.
- Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after their pets in the yard.
- Crating: Pets must be crated if left alone inside the property.
PARTIES & EVENTS:
Parties or large gatherings are not allowed on the premises.
CLEANING FEES:
An additional fee may be charged for excessive cleaning if the property requires more attention than normal wear and tear. Examples include:
- Stained or damaged linens
- Excessive trash or leftover food
- Deep cleaning beyond standard practices
The amount will be determined based on the extent of the additional cleaning required.
LONG-TERM STAYS:
For stays longer than two weeks, a mid-stay inspection is required. There’s no charge unless additional cleaning is needed, which will be billed to the guest.
SECURITY:
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
GRILL USE:
Please clean the grill after each use. Cleaning tools are provided under the kitchen sink. If the grill is left dirty, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
