We had trouble maintaining a good heat level. Nothing was on upon arrival and so we set the heat to 70. It went way too hot and so we lowered it to the lowest option and it was still too hot. We ended up turning it off and dealing with the cold was better than the heat.

Excellent hotel overall, but I will be more selective about breakfast ...on two separate days I got sick from the eggs, sausage, or coffee....the eggs and sausage were warm, not hot, and the coffee had a tainted moldy taste.

Sleep Inn & Suites of Jacksonville is a great place to stay. I was in town for the High School girls' 1A Sectionals. My room was very clean and modern. It had all that I wanted and needed. The staff was super friendly at check-in. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If I am ever in Jacksonville again, I will definitely pick this place to stay! Did I mention that the rates were very reasonable also??
