Outstanding!

Looking for a quiet get away? This is the spot. Close enough to town that you can go see the sights and eat out and then come back to the house for a quite evening by the fire pit or a dip in the hot tub! I will be back!

Peaceful getaway

Quiet, out-of-the-way location with great views. Not so far from town that you feel isolated, but far enough away to have quiet solitude. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tub and fire pit were a great bonus.

Peaceful getaway

This property is everything they say. Peaceful. Calm. A restorative getaway. The cabin had everything we needed. The sunrise with the birds chirping is gorgeous as well as the sunset filtering through the clouds.

Nice relaxing quiet stay

We had a great stay only have a few wasp issues as there seemed to be a nest outside or close by, but other than that a nice getaway in a secluded area, but still close enough to get to the towns.

Beautiful cabin close to town

As soon as my fiancée and I arrived to the cabin, we were blown away with how beautiful it was! The scenery was great even with the river being low. The inside of the cabin was updated with everything we needed. The hot tub was a great touch as well. We could’ve stayed at the cabin all weekend long. We had a minor inconvenience during our stay but Shawn was prompt with his response and helped us fix our issue. We would definitely stay here again when the weather is warmer!

Cabin

This cabin was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. We woke up to deer in the yard. Short walk down to the river. Beautifully landscaped. Owner was very responsive throughout the booking and arrival process. We came to watch the Razorbacks play. The location was close enough to town but far enough to be peaceful. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Slice of Heaven near slice of heaven

This place had everything! Shawn had everything you could possibly need at the cabin. We saw a bald Eagle from the porch. 6 deer walked up next to us in the pasture. One deer started at us through the kitchen window the next morning. Seriously, check in first then go to the store. He had do much there already you won’t need to bring much. The place was decorated so nice and not cluttered! I hate when people over decorate. We didn’t want to leave. It was only 10 miles to the nearest trailhead for the razorback greenway. We chose this location for this reason and that it wasn’t right in town. Perfect set up. We want to own a place this for our retirement! So Shawn? Remember us if you sell it. I could go on but you get it.

Moonlight on the White

The property is very quiet and secluded,the house is very well decorated and comfortable inside and the cleanliness was amazing!The deck is a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the wildlife! Will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect cabin in the woods!

This little cabin is perfect! The river view and wildlife, the furnishings and thoughtful amenities, the outdoor seating on deck and around fire pit, and even a horseshoe pit - wow! What a great little getaway located just a short drive from UArk and down the street from our favorite Sassafras Winery. We hope to stay here every trip to AR! Thank you Shawn!
