This property is even nicer than the photos. It is an older home that has been renovated very well. It is very, very clean. The owner has gone to some effort to make sure that the furniture and fixtures are quality. It is also very closely located to everything in the downtown area, and the neighborhood feels safe. We stayed in it so that we could take the train to Van Buren and back. I highly recommend it if you have a reason to be in Springdale!

Very responsive and generous owner.

I appreciated staying at this VRBO. The owner was very accommodating and assisting with my stay in the, new to me, area. I stayed just for the night prior to the Hog Eye marathon and the location was perfect for getting too and from the venue. Will stay and book again if I ever come back to Springdale, AR.

Very nice

We drove up from Texas for a wedding...it was just a 1 night stay but we would have loved to stay longer. Very nice, beautiful remodel. One of the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in...we will book again next time heading to Eureka springs.
