Group-friendly Craftsman home situated in the heart of the eclectic Garland District. This gem of a property is effortlessly walkable with the Garland Theatre, coffeeshops, vintage stores, restaurants, and bars only one block away! With four bedrooms and two baths spread across three stories, this 1911 Craftsman home is a fantastic value for large groups.

You'll enter the front door using your reservation-specific smart lock code.

Main floor hosts the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom, and second bedroom (both outfitted with queen-sized beds). Downstairs you'll find the basement with two bedrooms (also queen-sized beds), laundry room, and an additional bathroom. Upstairs lies the kid's area: a fully finished attic space with a twin-sized trundle bed that has an additional pull-out twin mattress and a fun play area outfitted with board games and books!

8 minute drive to Riverfront Park.
10 minute drive to Downtown Spokane.
10 minute drive to Gonzaga University.
15 minute drive to Manito Park.
40 minute drive to Mount Spokane for hiking or skiing.

Roomy House and Perfect Location

Great location in the Garland district! Easy to get to, and plenty of parking. Surprisingly quiet at night. House is pretty austere with nominal furnishings and harsh overhead lighting, so if you’re looking for cozy this wouldn’t be it. Limited living area seating and just a 4-top dining table. It was great to have 4 full bedrooms, and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Owner was super quick to respond to communication!

Pretty cozy

Was only there for a night for traveling reasons but it’s a pretty cute spacious house in a good area that has quite a few things to do just down the street
