The room was nice, clean and had room to move around. The balcony was a “Juliet “ balcony so it was very narrow maybe 2 1/2 feet depth, but a nice view of the ocean. Staff was polite. Food from room service was good (cheese burger and fries) but my food trey after eating was left in the room for 2 days - housekeeping didn’t take it. On last day noticed “sugar ants” in the bathroom sink.

Didn’t like our sea view as it was looking into a building that didn’t look great. Not sure if it’s had a fire or being renovated but wasn’t a great view. Everything else was perfect. Reception and bar staff brilliant.

Looks can be deceiving!!!

We were rushed out of the room and they barged in after asking them to give us a second to get our things and use the restroom. The room had ants. Michelle checked us in last night and said she was going to waive our parking and give us 12 late check out complementary and I got to the front desk to check out and she charged me for it all and front desk as well as housekeeping was very rude about it all. Nobody was really in the hotel.

We were never informed of balcony construction until check-in even though we made reservation in June. All day long whether at beach or pool, drilling and loud noise was unbearable. Was told at check-out they could have provided discount but since we booked through third party nothing could be done. Why didn't they offer us some concession upon check-in or during stay? Also, charged for parking even though we told them we did not have a car; resolved at check-out. Had early flight and scheduled 5:00 am wake-up call that never happened.

Might be our last time at this property.

My wife and I booked a 2 night mini getaway. We just wanted to relax by the beach/pool. The room I booked described a "balcony" . The last time we stayed here (1-2yrs ago) we enjoyed a balcony with chairs you could set out on. They are replacing those balcony's with a smaller one that you can barely stand on. The place was only 15-20% booked at best. The website did say there would be construction on these balcony's during the weekdays from 9-5. We were put in a room on the 3rd floor where the construction was going on on the balcony next door. There were plenty of rooms in the other tower that had a full balcony and no construction. Housekeeping came on the second day at 5:30pm. We were taking an afternoon "nap" when she tapped on the door with her card, waited 2 seconds and entered our room. No "Housekeeping" yell, just tap and walk in.
