This cosy cottage is located a short stroll away from the centre of Southwell, a quaint town with lots to offer. The Snug provides guests with comfortable and warm accommodation for a perfect base to retreat back to.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet
Second Floor:
Living room 2: (No TV), Sofa Bed (Double). Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Back garden with decked area and garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking.. The Snug offers a comfortable and cosy living room, enjoy the warmth of the wood and unwind. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen which has all the appliances you should require for your stay, it is small but quaint and a lovely space to be in; a back door opens out to a garden with decked area and outdoor furniture. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a kingsize bed, there is plenty of space and light here making it the perfect room for a good night’s sleep, there is a shower room with a walk-in shower. The property does offer a further snug room which has a double sofa bed and work area, this room is located in the attic conversion and has space saving stairs up to it, should you require the accommodation to sleep up to four guests.
