I missed the turn in right off the freeway. No elevator for second floor room in bldg 2. Good room with all the amenities. Quiet room away from the freeway.

We had a great stay at Little America Flagstaff. Our only regret was having only one night to stay. The check in was easy, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great surprise with amenities like you would find in a much more expensive hotel. The only negative I can think of was the parking lot was very dark. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for two nights. One before a hiking trip, and one right after. Check-in was speedy and they helped answer our questions. Staff was friendly. The shuttle was really convenient to use and a quick ride from the airport. When we went to go pick up a rental car early and weren't entirely sure we would be able to, they offered to hang around for a bit in case we needed a ride back to the hotel. They were really accomodating! It was nice that when we weren't feeling the food at the hotel restaurant, the travel stop next to the hotel was convenient too.

Very surprised to see poor condition of our room. Though the bed was the best quality and fine furnishings throughout, one of the lamps literally fell apart in my hands when I touched it. Every surface dusty, found carpet with trash and hair bands and assorted debris and big wads of dirt and hair left behind by careless vacuuming, and dirty coffee cups. But I was horrified when I discovered a glass used by my half-blind husband (thankfully only for his toothbrush!) had a huge crack and broken rim with a sharp jagged edge where a chunk had fallen out. Not the high standards I expected.

I love this place. Large room has a large table with a chair, a sofa and another comfortable chair. With all this furniture the room is still quite spacious. I love that it has a two sinks one in bathroom area and one outside the bathroom area so multiple people can be getting ready at same time. I also love the little balcony. The pool area is gigantic. I love everything about this place and it will be my first choice when staying in Flagstaff from now on.
