Secluded on a private, wooded lot just blocks from Broad Street, this unique space offers both privacy and accessibility to local shops, breweries, and community events. Relax at the house and enjoy the comfortable screened in front porch or take a short walk to see all that Southern Pines has to offer!

The perfect blend of modern amenities and historic charm. The home’s original character is tastefully combined with modern comforts including smart televisions, smart thermostat, lamps, and fans in each room. All furniture and kitchen appliances are new and updated. Nightstands in the bedrooms have power outlets and device charging capability. We want everything to be as convenient as possible for our guests!

The home is yours during your stay and we hope you utilize it that way! You will have access to the entire living area which includes the first and second story floors, outdoor patio, and yard. You also have full control of the thermostat as well as a complimentary Netflix subscription on all TVs.
