This special home is over 100 years old and nestled in historic downtown Southern Pines. Secluded on a private, wooded lot just blocks from Broad Street, this unique space offers both privacy and accessibility to local shops, breweries, and community events. Relax at the house and enjoy the comfortable screened in front porch or take a short walk to see all that Southern Pines has to offer!

The perfect blend of modern amenities and historic charm. The home’s original character is tastefully combined with modern comforts including smart televisions, smart thermostat, lamps, and fans in each room. All furniture and kitchen appliances are new and updated. Nightstands in the bedrooms have power outlets and device charging capability. We want everything to be as convenient as possible for our guests!

The home is yours during your stay and we hope you utilize it that way! You will have access to the entire living area which includes the first and second story floors, outdoor patio, and yard. You also have full control of the thermostat as well as a complimentary Netflix subscription on all TVs.

Beautiful, Historic Home in a Great Location

Home was perfect for our family, to include our dog! Easy check-in, home equipped with everything needed. Located in down town Southern Pines, but in a quiet secluded spot; easy, short walk to restaurants, breweries, shops. Home was clean, comfortable and inviting! Host very responsive to answer any questions. Definitely recommend and will stay again at next opportunity! Thank you so much!!

Charm in a great location

Charming older house located within walking distance of all downtown Southern Pines restaurants, shops, etc. Very private, surrounded by shady trees and bamboo. Comfy beds (and as a side sleeper I'm hard to satisfy!), nice new bathrooms, and a very clean and well-equipped kitchen--except there is not a stovetop or an oven. (We found a hotplate but no saucepans.) Large microwave and big toaster oven sufficed--we were taking advantage of local restaurants and coffee shops--but if you were planning on doing a lot of cooking you'd want to check with host. Would stay here again!

US Open

Stayed at this property in Southern Pines for a few days around the US Open at Pinehurst. The house was great and walkable to a lot of nice breweries and restaurants in Southern Pines. Great communication from property manager. Would definitely book again!

The house is a great location just 1 and a 1/2 blocks from the main street (Broad St). Sleeping accommodations are excellent. Off street parking. Short drive to Pinehurst for dining, golf and pubs.

Walkable to all southern pines locations

Southern pines is a cute walkable town. House is a nice historic house near all the southern pines locations. We enjoyed going to Betsy's crepes and hiking in the Weymouth state park.

Awesome working weekend

Mixed a little work with a little play. We had a few hiccups with our stay (all on our end) and our host Shannyn was so friendly, understanding, and accomodating. The rental is lovely and so close to downtown. I highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay!

Such a cute home just a block away from the Southern Pines square and we absolutely loved it! Not only did we fall in love with the precious house and village, our hosts were highly accommodating and available as soon as we had a question or needed anything! House has a southern charm and offered a lot of natural sunlight that made it feel open while being able to see all the flowers bloom this spring! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
