We had a wonderful family vacation in this spacious home. It was very clean and plenty of room for all 11 of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the location was very convenient. We reached out to the owners several times with questions and they were quick to respond. All in all, a great trip!

Nice house, pool and location

The house was great for our family vacation. The pool was perfect to hang out when not at the beach. Fully stocked and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Large, beautiful and super clean house in a great location

We stayed here with my extended family and had a great time. There were 7 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. We spent a lot of time around the beautiful pool, and the kids loved playing games on the grass and using the basketball court. The house is close to so many great restaurants, beaches and the town of Southampton. The hosts left clear instructions and responded to our questions quickly. We hope to come back again!

Summer Trip to the Hamptons

My family and I recently stayed at this home for a week in the Hamptons and had a wonderful time. The home was clean and pretty much had everything we needed. The owners were very accessible and eager to answer any of our questions/concerns. My children loved the pool and the basketball hoop in the driveway. It truly felt like our home away from home! I highly recommend staying here.

Great hosts, lovely vacation.

We had a lovely family vacation in the Hampton's.House had a lovely decor and interior, very spacious, nice pool. Some issues with some blinds and some electrical issues with lights and fans but the hosts offered solutions.We observed an ant issue but wonder if this goes with being at a beach house. We enjoyed our time and would come back again.

Happy in the Hamptons

Our family of eleven (multi- generational) was very comfortable in this beautiful vacation home - plenty of room to spread out yet enough room to accommodate all of us for meals together inside or out - the furnishings and linens are quite luxurious and appliances are top of the line - kitchen is extremely well equipped - heated pool was a bonus as were the towels, pool toys and beach chairs - Tracie was extremely responsive to any questions we had and always responded right away - so glad we found this perfect spot for a special family vacation!

Nice South Hampton House

First, let me state that the home was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. Additionally, there were several times before and during the rental period we reached out to the owner and they were very prompt in their response. There were a couple of problems though. First there was a serious miscommuniation about the availability of the swimming pool. The fact that the listing showed a heated pool was very exciting for the family and we were looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, it was not available and could not be made available during our visit. While I understand that the listed stated that the heat for the pool was paid for by the owner between Memorial Day and Labor day, there were instructions for "paying" for the heat outside of that window. When we booked this house, we considered other comparable houses for that timeframe that were several hundred dollars less per day without a pool. We believe there should be compensation to us for this total lack of a pool. The other item (through no direct fault of the owner) was a major water leak that occurred in the master bedroom. We had to put out pans in the family room along with many towels to catch the water that flooded downstairs. We did all we could to ensure there was no additional damage caused to the house, including shutting off the main while we were out. As a result, we did not have availability of the master bath for most of our stay. Even so, we were not offered any compensation

Great Hamptons Stay!

We had a great stay at Tracie’s home. It is clean, comfortable and has a nice pool. It is also fully stocked which made our lives easier. I’d definitely recommend this property!
