Great room and extensive breakfast all great. The issue for us was the food in the evening. The cappuccino came out cold, the same with the pudding. The curry was a Thai green which isn’t a particularly spicy one normally but was so spicy I couldn’t finish it. The staff all seemed to be on training so it was hard to find someone who knew the menu etc. Shame as otherwise a good hotel.

Hotel looked more like a building site. Scaffolding all around and drilling. Works being carried out on the hotel for over 6 months. Hotel should inform that they are under renovations . No upgrade. Key cards playing up constantly. On occasions had to reset thrice in one day

Hotel desperately in need of a refurbishment. Extraordinarily busy Reception especially during the cruise season. Bathroom way behind even Premier Inn standard. Toilet badly stained. Carpets and headboards stained. Restaurant is fine - decent menu and food quality (including breakfast buffet) is OK. Overall, would only use this hotel as a last resort.

Nightmare hotel

Beds damp , toilet blocked dirty towels and soap dispenser broken . I was forever up and down telling them of these problems and nothing was done … I have up in the end because of getting my granddaughter to sleep for our Disney cruise of that morning. On the evening the food was so bad we were all sick of the morning all day … my poor granddaughter was worse. I would never stay here again or rate it

The hotel had extensive work being carried out outside the hotel. A broken window in the room that wouldn’t close, woodwork hanging off the door frame. Check in took over 45 mins, bar area had used dishes at table that weren’t cleared away. Would not recommend this hotel!!
