Resort was a memorable experience! The restaurants served really high end cuisines! The breakfast buffet was delish! The staff, manager in restaurant (Veronica) was super nice! The servers (Belvan, Esteban, Michael, and a bunch whom I cannot remember names were the best!!!) Only minor minor issue is if you are in a wheelchair or have knee issues (pls request a suite near lobby.) You will end up walking up a steep hill. (PS - the suite was so clean; the bed was firm and the towels were changed daily.) I will return in a heartbeat.

Very convenient to the airport. The pool and beach are good but can get crowded. Many people elect the all inclusive option so you do get families with children. I did not elect all inclusive but we could eat at the restaurants in a pay as you go. Dive and snorkel trips to the reef(s) available on site. There is a bus stop out front for easy access to Hamilton or St George’s. It is walking distance to Swizzle Inn but any other off site dining requires transportation. Crystal and Fantasy Caves are walking distance as is a rail trail walking trail section that is very beautiful. Tom Moore Tavern is very close but lacks a sidewalk so it’s best to Cab or scooter there. Massage in the cave on site is great but they are hard to book and should be done ahead of time.

Issues: The price is the price of a luxury hotel, but the rooms and service are just average. There are diiscarded items on the grounds (see photos) Our check-in took forever, I don’t understand why the keys and paperwork are not ready and all done since we provided all the information online? They absolutely do not respond to any of the emails I had sent prior to arriving at the resort. No extra effort on my birthday, even though I notified them. TV signal is patchy and laggy No bathrobes provided in the room. Pros: Private beach, and access to a private cave for swimming is amazing.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. I liked the restaurants and the beach. You can walk to Blue Hole; and Coney island that you see from the beach (almost a mile), and I enjoyed the Rail Trail, which has an entrance before you walk to the island (about 7/10's of a mile).

Very nice rooms, nice beach area w multiple levels. Several restaurants to choose from & breakfasts were excellent. Gym was ok, a little cramped- had d to do anything with 4 people in it. The property and views ate very nice- i would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding place to stay! Great Staff; very helpful; can’t do enough for you. The Ocean is beautiful; grounds are meticulously cared for; the food was delicious; and the accommodations were excellent. It’s close to boat, St. George and Hamilton. The massage was great! Fair was fair My daughter and I actually got sick after a meal of Caesar salad and the hamburger in the Palm Court on Wednesday. We ate off the resort on Thursday and tried to eat off the resort again on Friday but the local restaurant was closed so we had to return to the palm court. We called for help with our bags on Saturday since we had stairs and a hill but no one showed up so we did it ourselves.
