Step inside the inviting living space where you'll immediately feel at home. The open floor plan is seamless, and there's also a connected full kitchen and dining area for sharing meals and conversation. Windows throughout the entire space create a vibrant and warm environment, with views beautiful views of the natural setting outside. The living room offers a gas fireplace, the perfect addition for snowy days. In the summer months enjoy the peaceful setting on the front deck, or head to the back deck to entertain and host at-home barbeques.

This home is conveniently located to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Just a short four miles away takes you to the south shore casinos, a variety of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. For the skiers in the group, Heavenly Valley Ski Resort is only three miles away. There are walking trails within a block of this home and biking trails nearby as well. Year-round South Lake Tahoe offers something for everyone!

Things to Know
City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500:
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is  8 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
