The LAN House - Sleeps 21
7 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house with 2 full kitchens, hot tub, pool table, and 8 person LAN center/gaming room. Beautiful, secluded backyard and deck with an outdoor sectional, gas fireplace, and BBQ. Just over 1/2 hour to Snowbird & Alta, and 45 minutes to Solitude & Brighton. Every bedroom has a tv, even the two bunk rooms. This is the perfect place to stay for a ski trip, family reunion, or other group gathering. Main Floor: - Queen Room - Half Bathroom Second Floor: - Master (King) with full en-suite bathroom. 2 Foldable mattresses, and Pack & Play, with a beautiful view of the mountains. - Queen Room & sofa bed - Queen Room - Bunk Room w/ 4 twins - Full bathroom with shower/tub & toilet separated from 2 sinks. Entrances to this bathroom from both queen rooms & hallway. Basement - Queen Room - Bunk Room w/ 4 twins - Full bathroom All bedrooms have tvs ranging from 43" to 55" Main floor has Sitting Room, Formal Dining, Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Living Room w/ 65" tv. Access to deck & yard. Upstairs has laundry room. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES THOROUGHLY. This is a non-smoking house. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise and the quiet hours must be adhered to. Basement has Pool table, LAN/gaming Center., full kitchen, breakfast nook, second laundry room. Access to outside. Outside has an outdoor sectional, gas fireplace, BBQ Grill, 7 person hot tub. 3 Car garage and space for ~7 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. PCs will have an assortment of games already downloaded. The computers speed test at about 400mbps, so downloading a new game once you arrive on each computer shouldn't take too long, but if you'd like me to install a game on all eight computers before your arrival, I can do so for an extra fee of $50 per game.

Great house for a weekend away with friends
This was an amazing place to stay! The house was very comfortable with lots of space to spread out and have fun. We really enjoyed having the gaming room in the basement. The hot tub was great as well! It was a great way to relax in the evenings. The host was very communicative as well, and was very eager to answer any questions. The yard was a little overgrown, but it wasn't much of an issue. It was a great place to stay!

The LAN setup makes this a perfect getaway for friends
The home was immaculately clean and perfectly set up. We find that most VRBOs over promise and under deliver. This one did not! It over delivered! The LAN setup was perfect for our needs, too. Great home; great amenities. The only thing is that the backyard gate was partially missing and the greenery was a bit overgrown with weeds. This is mostly cosmetic and it didn’t affect our trip very much. A totally enclosed backyard would have allowed some of the kids more freedom to roam. That said, we would absolutely stay here again. It’s the best VRBO our group has booked in a decade.

Great house and experience 10/10
We loved this home and would definitely stay again! We were a group of 18 and we had plenty of space to spread out. The common space in the den and kitchen was large enough that we could also all gather in one space to eat and play games with no problem. The couch is so comfortable!The house was very clean and just as advertised in the listing. The location was in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from grocery and restaurants. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve experienced in rentals. We were able to cook meals for our large group with now problem. The pool table, gaming center and hot tub got plenty of use for downtime. If you’ve got several families, a large family, or just a large group in general this house will meet your needs. I was very impressed and would highly recommend. Lastly, the owner was great to work with. They were quick to respond to questions and provided everything we needed for a great 4 day stay.

Good times with family
This house was great for our families to get together. Some from Texas and some from Utah. Lots of games for the kids to play, the gaming set up was absolutely unbelievably great. Along with the pool table and a table to play family games. The kitchen was equipped very well with cooking equipment.
