What a beautiful inn! I stayed here over 4th of July weekend and it was fantastic. The weather was quite warm but the AC unit in my room kept me cool and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. Lovely landscaping including the recent arrival of baby goats. There is a cemetery right next to the parking lot (as mentioned by other reviewers) that I thought added to the charm of the property. Before I arrived, I received an email from Melissa - making sure I knew how to get to the inn and asking if I had any dietary restrictions. Once I arrived she greeted me, gave me a tour of the inn and showed me my room. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of different options. I eat a whole food plant based diet and Melissa was so kind as to have some very delicious vegan oatmeal at breakfast. I would definitely recommend The Egremont Village Inn and will stay there again when I am in the area.

Hostess was gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed talking with her and her mother (the owner). The inn dates to pre-Revolutionary War days and was in impeccable condition. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were phenomenal -- including eggs fresh from the chicken coop! We would recommend the Inn to anyone who is looking for an authentic New England experience.

Lovely bed & breakfast in the Berkshires.

Pros: Lovely, spacious inn with accommodating staff.
Cons: Better signage on the highway.
Location: Shopping, theatre, museums, botanical gardens as well as good restaurants for a variety of cuisines and prices.
Just 4 miles south of Great Barrington, The Egremont Village Inn is lovely with an wonderful, gracious staff and a great breakfast buffet. It is not too far from Lenox, Stockbridge and Lee. Good restaurants in the area as well.

You should definitely stay here!

Location: Right next door to Great Barrington, fun town with lots of creative restaurants and shops.
Comfortable, quaint, charming B&B run by a kind, artistic family. This place is a gem. My fiance and I stayed here and had a lovely experience. I can't wait to go back. Also, the complimentary breakfast is the best you will ever have!
