Full service for meals, lodging, gift shop, etc. Within a few minutes of Bryce Canyon NP. Breakfast was a close second out of six places we stayed on a tour of Utah National parks.

The restaurant feels like a cattle call. I understand the volume they are facing, but they don't handle it well. Employees stare at you while you eat. Its time to reinvision this historic place. Reimagine the cattle call action. Revisit the way your staff values their time there. Is leadership analyzing the guest experience anymore or is it strictly a fiscal endeavor at this juncture? This is a treasured property in an idyllic location. It's time to invest more in your product and your team. I will stay here again because of the location and scarcity, though my expectations will be lowered.

A fine stay near a great park. Nice pool, gym and hot tub. Obviously a place geared for busy summer months. We could hear the people above us walking around for much of the night, which was annoying. Rooms are fine

Ruby’s Inn is a great place to stay while exploring Bryce Canyon. Has a restaurant on-site, staff was friendly and there is lots of parking. Our only complaint is that the heating unit in the room cycled on and off every few minutes, and was extremely loud. Made it hard to get a good nights sleep.

Great stay

The room was warm and comfortable and very clean, bed linen was fresh and bed was comfortable. The main reception area was very welcoming with large area and fireplace.. we met and talked to other guests and had a lovely time. Plenty of food for breakfast which was included. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to Bryce. Quite, clean,

Close to Bryce. Quite, clean, and mostly comfortable. All pillows were very thick. We all ended up sleeping on folded towels. Rooms were older, but nice. Wonderful breakfast!! with voucher at Ruby's resturant. Buffet style w/ biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, fruit, etc. Indoor pool & hot tub looked inviting, but we got in too late. Rooms are motel style in seperate buildings from the lodge.

This was for us a very nice place to stay. Great dining. Nice pool and spa. Rooms were really nice with comfortable beds. And above all service and availability of people to help you was better than most places I’ve stayed at highly recommended.
