Comfortable room with great service. A little noisy being right next to the exit door on the hallway and the room was odd since it was an accessible room (which I did not need); but it was convenient and reasonably priced

The service and environmental consciousness were great. When we got into the room, it smells very musty. The carpet was ripped in a number of areas and everything just smells stale. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged but everything else worked fine. We felt it was a bit overpriced but overall, it was good. I could not use my teachers and AARP discount this time so we had to pay full price.

The place was full of shady character's, the breakfast was horrible ..eggs sitting in some foreign fluid, no meats available ..they always had at least sausage for protein .. Matthew was a great front desk person, very courteous. We had a hallway monitor constantly checking to see if we were leaving the room and watching our every move.. we have stayed here many times since 2013and I must say that. place has gone down hill. Unfortunately will not be staying here again as long as this continues. It's a shame, It used to be such a nice place to stay..

The free breakfast was satisfactory. We were in a non smoking non vaping hotel but had to deal with marijuana smoke on our floor. We reported it to the front desk and they handled it discreetly and to our satisfaction.

Decent for the money

The hotel was okay. The refrigerator in the room did not work, which was disappointing. One the of the beds was oddly soft, it was sleeping on a marshmallow, but not in a good way. The pool area was clean, but lacked seating. The breakfast in the morning was simple but good. Coffee, bagels cereal and such. The room was clean and other than the fridge, everything worked. The staff were very friendly. It was a solid 3 stars.

My new go-to spot!

My stay was fine. I was assigned an accessible suite which I would decline if I stayed again. They did not have an ottoman or coffee table, which I understand why. I made it difficult to use the couch with a snack or beverage. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and kind. I felt well cared for while traveling alone.
