Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: TND 12.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, and cash. This property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival.
For guests' safety, the property includes a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit, and window guards in each accommodation.

• In accordance with local laws, unmarried guests may be restricted from sharing rooms. Guests are obligated to provide proof of marriage, if requested by the property.
• Please note that this property can refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, which include pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Reservations are needed for massage services and spa treatments. For reservations, contact the hotel before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• To adhere to national/local laws, air conditioning may be restricted to certain hours from 29 October to 30 June.
