Deplorable

This was hands down the worst stay I have ever had. The property that we booked on the app is not the property that was given to us. To make matters worse, the actual property was around the corner. So we had to ride past it several times and see how we were scammed. The air conditioner on the 3rd floor does not work. The toilet on the 2nd floor bathroom left side does not work. Every sink and shower head and the house are old and rusted out. There wasn't even a paved road going up to the property. Just a mud swamp. Plus all of the one million black ants all throughout the entire apartment. Prior to me arriving, I was contacted on WhatsApp by the host number. Saying that my booking was canceled due to payment issues with febro when I payed in full months on advance. Then I was disrespected and cursed at when I said this has to be some sort of an mistake. I will very much be asking for a full and complete refund. The only reason we stayed is we were out of the country and we had no other option. I also have pictures and screenshots to verify everything.

This property owner, is not a consider person. And i give terrible rates. Because for one i missed my flight and requested to travel at a later date. However they insist on calling me a liar just not to let use the remaining time of stay that i paid for. so to me i give this place an F. They got my monies and allow to make use of my time. We are all humans and do make mistake and if an individual missed this flight and willing to travel still. Why should the owner block us from going to a placed that was paid for.
