It was within walking distance to the city square where there was access to unique clothing shops, excellent restaurants, food markets, and local/private beach areas. You are also close to the port to catch the ferry.

    The place is absolutely perfectly located. Easy walk to town and all of the restaurants and shops. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is so friendly and is always there to help you, and to give great recommendations! Thank you for this amazing experience and opening your home to us! We will be back!!!

    Great location

    We had a wonderful stay in Sorrento. The apartment was perfect set up for family of 4 with two teenagers. Roberta was great keeping in touch and easy check in process. Very close walk to coast, restaurants, shopping. We could let our kids go get food or gelato by themselves. Very clean and comfortable. Great beds, pillows and coverings. Would recommend and will stay again.

    Great Location

    If you like to stay near the fun but not try to sleep above it, this is the place for you! Very quiet but only a couple minutes walk into the center. We are a family of 5 and this was the perfect space for everyone to not feel crowded. The terrace has a nice breeze which will be nice in summer. The only thing I would improve is some extra blankets. We hated to crank up the heat but had to since the blankets on the bed just weren't warm enough.

    Fabulous location. A 5 min walk to tasso square where all the shopping, restaurants and train are

    Even better than expected. The place was huge, two kitchens, two bedrooms, two living rooms with comfortable pull out couches. One issue was a plumbing problem in one of the bathrooms when the shower did not drain and one of the toilets did not flush well. It was quickly resolved, however. Also, when we entered the apartment at night, there were no lights in the hallway. A little scary walking up the stairs in the dark. Also, there were no garbage bags, paper towel products, not enough toilet paper, soap or shampoo. Not a problem, we bought them since a market was nearby. Communication with the host was almost immediate. They were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely go back despite some imperfections

    Dear friends in Sorrento

    The property was lovely & spacious. It is also located in the perfect spot for exploring beautiful Sorrento. The owner/staff were kind & very helpful in answering our questions & making us feel at home. We would definitely book Sara Home again when we return to Sorrento! We had just a few comment/suggestions 1. We had a little trouble with the main apartment door. It would be helpful to have the person greeting guests to demonstrate proper locking and unlocking. Davide was wonderful in assisting us with our trouble, but initial instructions at check in could have saved him a trip. 2. The bathroom showers were not properly cleaned. The tile and grout are supposed to be white but the grout on the shower floor was moldy & not clean. It just looked like it needed a good scrubbing with Clorox. 3. The cleaning staff’s buckets and dirty rags were left under the sink in the kitchen and in the closet with the washing machine. In fact, a mop and bucket with dirty rags was left in the basin of the washing machine. It would be nice & more sanitary for guests if the cleaning supplies were removed from the apartment before the guests arrive.

    Not What I Expected

    Thought I was renting a two bedroom apartment for my adult daughter & myself. Arriving at the property at 2:00pm as we advised the staff at the rental property when they offered to store a bags until 2pm check-in. The 25 3 mile taxi ride dropped us off around 2:15. It was 2:45pm before the employee met us to enter the building to access the apartment. I immediately asked where was the second bedroom, the employee pointed at the pullout sofa. I showed her my booking confirmation for 2 bedrooms, responding she only checks in I had to call the rental office. I insistence she called her manager. She learned that I had also rented the apartment next door. Both apartments entrance is through one door into a small foyer then separate entrances to each apartment. The bedroom was resolved. Pros: location is ideal walking distance the shopping, restaurants & a well stocked grocery store. The train/bus station is an eight minute walk & the ferry docks are 15 minute walk.Sara 2 apartment is the nicest of the two apts facing the street with a furnished balcony. I would stay in this apartment again.Cons: Sara 1 apartment had mold in the shower off putting smell throughout the apartment. The walls are thin you could hear the conversation in the apartment as thought you were in the same room. The tea kettle had mold, kitchen sparsely equipped. I had to remove the mold in the washing before using. The outdoor furniture had rotted could not be used. Overall apt needs a deep cleaning.

    Perfect Spot in Sorrento

    Beautiful apartment that is literally 10 minutes from everything to experience Sorrento,, the Amalfi Coast, or take a train to Rome. The management company was very helpful and booked an amazing private Pompeii tour for us. We’d stay again.
