Tudo o que você espera de uma chácara para descansar com a família: aconchegante, espaçosa, poscina grande e bem cuidada, ampla área verde, paisagem e visual lindos, cozinha grande e equipada (só não tem copos/xícaras), muitos banheiros com chuveiro, muito perto da grande SP. Para ficar perfeito só acho que os colchões e cortinas poderiam ser limpos/ trocados.

Imovel não condiz com valor
Tivemos diversos problemas no imóvel. Nosso carnaval foi com chuva, logo descobrimos goteira na sala e quartos sendo uma delas em cima da cama que resultou até em molhar uma mala com roupas logo no primeiro dia de viagem. Três pessoas entraram no sitio sem pedir licença ou avisar, simplesmente surgiram na sala questionando se lá era um outro sítio. Segurança zero uma vez que o portão ficou com cadeado trancado e a gente sem chave. O caseiro não atendia telefone. Ficamos sem gás e só conseguimos outro depois de ligar várias vezes ao proprietário. O caseiro ainda chegou no sítio visivelmente nervoso por termos agido assim. O sítio não tem copos, panos, colher, jarra e os poucos utensílios que existem estavam com péssima manutenção de limpeza. Relatei ao proprietário que disse que ia entrar em contato comigo no dia 26 de fevereiro para entender os problemas e porque fomos embora 1 dia antes do final do contrato.

Chácara muito boa, bastante limpa. A descrição é exatamente como descrita no anúncio. Apenas a estrada de terra até o local que é bastante precária, muito ruim.

FINAL DE SEMANA ÓTIMO
Atendeu tudo que estávamos buscando no momento, o proprietário Édio foi muito atencioso, chácara muito boa. *Uma singela sugestão, dar uma renovada em alguns colchões e a estrada depois do pesqueiro Tio Oscar fica um pouco esburacada, reúna os moradores para jogarem uns cascalhos nos buracos já resolve. Voltaremos um dia se Deus quiser, recomendo a todos, abraço.

Otimo local para lazer e descanso
Chácara excelente, ambiente grande, mesmo quando o tempo não ajuda, tem como aproveitar bastante, Sr. Edio muito atencioso, sempre pronto a responder dúvidas e orientar. Único ponto que não faz de deixar a estádia no sítio ótima, é a estrada de terra que não ajuda, principalmente com veículos baixos, e a falta de algum comércio por perto, o que tem não tem quase nada. Mas recomendo 100% o local
