Located in the Costa de los Pinos area, just a few steps from the sea, this fantastic house offers space and comfort for up to 6 people, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the Mediterranean.
Starting with the spacious exterior of the house, the villa stands out for its beautiful 8.5x4 metre chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 to 1.90 metres, surrounded by an area with sun loungers and a Balinese bed, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the outdoors. Before entering the interior, there is a furnished porch that invites you to enjoy long al fresco meals or moments of relaxation with views of the forest and the sea. For lovers of good food, there is also a practical mobile barbecue and an outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach or pool.

Inside, distributed on a single floor, it is designed in a modern and functional style, with a large open-plan space that integrates the living room, with Smart TV, the dining room and the fully equipped induction kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay. This space has air conditioning for your comfort. When it comes to sleeping, there are three bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. Two of them have two single beds and the third has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace. Another bathroom with shower serves the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, the laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Costa de los Pinos is a quiet and elegant corner in the east of Mallorca, famous for its crystal-clear beaches and natural surroundings. Just a few minutes' drive away is the charming village of Son Servera, where you can enjoy the local atmosphere, its markets and a wide variety of restaurants and services where you can enjoy Mallorcan cuisine.
