The bed in the room was left in poor conditions. The pillows were dirty and the bed had multiple urine stains on the sheets and I found hair in multiple places. It looked as if someone was still occupying the room.

The sheets are microfiber sheets and I can't regulate body temperature in plastic sheets for thats what that is. Recycled plastic!!! The kitchen had draws having issues. The night stand had a pervious burn on it. The bedroom rug had a very very large stain on the rug. I won't be book that one no more .

I found a roach in my room and after letting the front desk staff know they sent me off with a business card and told me they could not help me….i want a partial refund for my stay and for the nasty unhygienic conditions of the room!!!
