Watermen’s Cottage

Clean, light, and airy little cottage. Nicely remodeled with the latest amenities. The location was wonderful. Many walking opportunities, close to excellent restaurants, and close to interesting historical and natural sites. Very enjoyable place to stay.

Location!

This is a great little cottage with perfect access to the island and other area attractions. Walking distance to everything from the Tiki Bar to the library. CD Cafe is right across the street. The host definitely paid attention to details and the listing is very accurate. We travel a lot and this was one of our faves. We will definitely return next time we're in Solomons.

Our First impression.. you’re greeted by a pair of comfy front porch rocking chairs surrounded by a well trimmed yard which gives you an added assurance of this exceptional home. Once inside you discover the considerable attention given to comfort the guest. details that matter. With its modern kitchen appliances, ample storage space, the quiet washer and dryer in the laundry room , the large cable ready TV across from you while lounging on the 7 foot pull out sofa further solidifying that at home experience. The bathroom is spacious, modern and comfy with its large shower and revitalizing jet spray. Again attention to details. A good nights’ sleep was felt every evening on the very comfortable queen size bed in this quiet neighborhood. The home has a screen enclosed rear deck! This became our go to place each morning to sip our breakfast coffee and enjoy the wonderful beauty and serenity as we eased into the day .. every day! Reserve your stay with complete confidence of a comfortable housing experience. “yes” we will certainly return for a future extended stay at this fabulous home. “ thank you!”
