Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and satellite TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area consists of a covered terrace, an open terrace and a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious dishes. The villa also offers a pool (open from May 1 to October 15), which is shared with another property. Here you will find a lush garden, a swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and parasols, and an outdoor shower. The closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are 8 minutes away by car (2.7km), while the closest beach, Platja des Través, is just 13 minutes away on foot (1km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after 36 minutes driving (35.9km).



Parking spaces are available on the property (up to 5 cars).

The electricity included in the price corresponds to a consumption of 40kw / day. The owner reserves the right to charge excessive consumption at the end of the stay.

The property is located in a rural setting, at the foot of a mountain. To reach the house guests have to go along a paved path up the hill.
