Good location, nice house, some issues with contents and book in

A very nice place to stay in a very convenient location. Easily sleeps 8, 9 or 10 if you include sofa space. Nice size TV. Internet was good the first couple of days but we experienced a lot of outages a few days into our stay. Very good local shop less than 5 minutes walk and a similar distance to the local station which can get you to the airport or the city in roughly 30 minutes. Everything seems to be open late, even on weekends, so it is easy to buy things on the way back from a long day out. When we arrived, the house was locked without any keys available (i was told they would be on the table with door unlocked). The owner was able to get keys to us within an hour, however. The house had not been cleaned when we arrived and we had no towels and some items of bedding missing. The missing items were delivered later on the first day of our stay. The fridge had been left unplugged since the last visitors had stayed, so there was a terrible smell from it and some mould in the freezer. We had to clean out the refrigerator ourselves, in order to use it. Additionally, useful bits and bobs such as hand soaps, washing liquid, bin-bags were not provided. Overall, a nice place to stay but with a few issues during the arrival and a bit of DIY in terms of cleaning the place.

Great Location

This location allowed us quick access to the sites of Stockholm as it was close to the bus and train station. The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The property manager was responsive to our questions and needs before and after the stay.

Gute Lage des Hauses, aber ungepflegt

Positiv: das Haus ist gut gelegen, Bahn und kleiner Laden sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar; auch abends lohnt sich ein Spaziergang an die nahe gelegenen Seen. Der Vermieter antwortet umgehend auf Anfragen. Negativ: zuerst fallen die ungepflegten Außenanlagen auf, die untere Etage ist sehr muffig und man kann nachts die 2 Zimmer unten schlecht lĂŒften, da die TĂŒren gleich Fenster ist. Wir haben die Zimmer unten deswegen nicht genutzt. Ein Zimmer unten ist auch Durchgangszimmer. Insgesamt unsauber und abgewohnt. Fenster, TĂŒren und Steckdosen mĂŒssten gewartet, die muffigen Kissen und Decken erneuert werden. Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl fĂŒhlen können.

Finger weg, Absolute Katastrophe

Am Tag unserer Anreise war niemand persönlich vor Ort. Die TĂŒr der Wohnung stand offen und der SchlĂŒssel lage auf dem völlig verdreckten KĂŒchentisch. Als wir gemeinsam zwei Familien, 2 Kinder die Ferienwohnung ansahen stieg uns sofort der ekelhafte Geruch von Rauch und Moder in die Nase, unsere LabradorhĂŒndin zog sofort in Richtung Ausgang sie weigerte sich in das Haus bzw. in die Wohnung zu gehen. Alle 6 Betten sahen aus als wĂ€ren die letzen GĂ€ste gerade daraus aufgestanden. Die KĂŒche mit Ofen und SpĂŒle waren nicht nur dreckig sondern versifft. Im Bad waren ĂŒberall dicke KalkrĂ€nder, in der Dusche und an der Wand und der Waschtisch hatte einen Wasserschaden. Dieser war völlig aufgequollen und eine Schublade ausgerissen. Im grossen und ganzen hat die Wohnung einen sehr abgewohnten, widerlichen Eindruck gemacht. Der Aussenbereich sah Ă€hnlich aus. Auf dem GrundstĂŒck war das Gras ca 1,5m hoch ein abgeranztes Auto stand abgemeldet davor und in den Ecken lag ĂŒberall MĂŒll was nur noch durch eine Ratte am hellerlichten Tag getoppt werden konnte. Wir sind sofort in ein Hotel gezogen. Da hier eine Nachbesserung den Rahmen gesprengt hĂ€tte.... Eine andere Familie im Haus ging es Ă€hnlich, sie waren nicht mit dem Auto und konnten mit ihren Kindern nicht fliehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Anschluss war sehr fragwĂŒrdig. Er schrieb, er empfindet alles als sehr sauber und hat Bilder geschickt, die natĂŒrlich etwas anderes zeigen wie unser Eindruck vor Ort. Fewo hĂ€lt sich in der Sache bedeckt, so dass nur der Rechtsweg bleibt sobald wir zurĂŒck sind. Fazit: Finger weg!!!

Kommer inte bo hÀr igen


De fÄ saker som var positiva med boendet kan man rÀkna pÄ en hand. -JÀttebra lÀge. Endast 300 meter till pendeltÄget. -Sköna sÀngar med rena och frÀscha sÀngklÀder. -Rena badlakan. -TvÀttmaskinen var frÀsch. Det vi var missnöjda med var: -StÀdningen. Det var spindelvÀv och dammrÄttor i hörnen. KylskÄpet var inte ordentligt urtorkat. HÄrstrÄn i duschen. -Flera saker var trasiga, tex glödlampa i taket, duschmunstycke och diskkorgen i diskmaskinen. -Det fanns bara en garderob i hela huset och i den fanns bara tvÄ galgar. Vi var tio personer och de av oss som bodde i kÀllaren fick ha kvar alla vÄra grejer i resvÀskorna. Det fanns varken krokar, hyllor eller skÄp. Inte ens pÄ toaletten fanns det nÄnstans att hÀnga handdukar, klÀder eller necessÀrer. -Utemiljön var under all kritik. Vi hade sett fram emot att kunna sitta ute och Àta. Men det var inte sopat, rengjort eller klippt grÀs pÄ hur lÀnge som helst. Grenar och löv frÄn hösten och vintern lÄg kvar. GrÀset var 50cm högt. Möblerna var smutsiga. Grill fick vi inte förrÀn dag 2, trots att vÀrden sagt att det skulle finnas. -Det fanns inga rökdetektorer i huset och brandslÀckaren stod utomhus bland en massa brÄte och skrÀp. -Vi sÄg rÄttor utanför huset. Det kanske inte Àr vÀrdens fel, men det bidrog inte till nÄgon positiv kÀnsla. De saker vi saknade skrev vi om direkt till vÀrden. Dagen efter hade han stÀllt en pÄse med endel av grejerna vid dörren. Men allt fick vi fixa sjÀlv. Duschen fick vi sjÀlva laga och rökdetektorerna fick vi sjÀlva placera ut. Vi fick dÀrför lÀgga dem löst bara eftersom vi inte kunde skruva upp dem. Vi kommer definitivt inte att bo hÀr fler gÄnger.

Lage super, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit geht so

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat versucht alles, was an Ausstattung gefehlt hat zu besorgen. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell im Zentrum und der Supermarkt ist direkt an der Bahn. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung nicht sehr gut und das gesamte Objekt machte einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck. FĂŒr den Preis etwas weitaus besseres erwartet.
