THE LOCATION: With the impressive coastal mountains in the background and the turquoise coloured ocean in front of you, visitors will experience a unique and dreamlike holiday. The villa is located in a wonderfully tranquil area in the midst an area of great natural beauty for you to relax and enjoy without having to be concerned by noisy crowds. But at the same time, just a short drive away, you will be able to enjoy one of the most beautiful old towns in Europe with its palmtree covered waterside promenade and restaraunts.  

THE VILLA: The Design Villa in Bauhaus Style is unique. Each of the three floors offers a breathtaking view to the Adriatic and the bay of Split. The house consist of four elaborately styled bed rooms with space for 6 persons, 2 balconies and on extensive roof top terrace, a designer living room and a spacious open kitchen which invites one to linger. Two bath rooms, one guest toilette and a utility room complete the living experience which combines design, elegance, comfort and cosiness in a loving way.

THE CAN DO's: Eat an extensive breakfast on the wonderful terrace, swim a few length in the infinity pool , chill in the cosy bed at the roof top terrace, create culinary delicacies in the perfect equipped kitchen, take post card pictures of the wonderful sunsets and enjoy the sea of lights with a sundowner in your hand and your loved ones right by your side … all this is Design Villa Adria!
