Sunrise Waters is positioned on the waterfront with breathtaking 180 degree panoramic ocean views that are enjoyed from both inside and outside the home. When you enter the property you will notice how it fans out towards the ocean and opens up into a generous area that accommodates the kitchen, family, dining and a comfy, casual sitting area that is the perfect spot for relaxing and watching the lapping water, passing yachts and boats, Sunrise Waters even offers Wifi.

The contemporary and functional kitchen is well appointed with streamline fixtures, fittings and appliances. The master bedroom comes complete with ensuite and has been designed to give access to the balcony so you can capture the sea breeze and the stunning ocean view.

The toilet is conveniently separate from the main bathroom and has its own hand basin allowing dual use of the space, the main bathroom comes with a bath , shower and vanity. Concertina doors disguise a laundry space in the entrance hallway and a protective courtyard is a great retreat from the breezes and the summer heat. The property provides one secure undercover parking space.

Sunrise Waters has a permanent residential tenant in the apartment downstairs, each has their separate entrance, the upstairs BBQ outdoor area is for holiday guest use only.
