The elevator situation is terrible. They run really slowly and are constantly filled. Multiple times we had to either wait 15-20 mins or take the stairs from our 11th floor room just to get in and out of the hotel. Other than that, the property is clean and the location is great. Bare minimum towels and there is no actual staff. The room itself was nice; however, we booked an ocean room (which we technically got) but the main view of the ocean was from the bathroom. The living room balcony and most of the bedroom balcony overlooked a busy street, church, and tire shop. We were a family of 5 with 3 small kids and will probably not stay here again.
