This beautiful, modern end-unit townhome is a dog-friendly property, so you can bring your four-legged friend along (a non-refundable fee of $125 plus tax per dog applies, with a one dog maximum). Located next to the Shamrock Run, which connects to the Powderidge Run, the home offers ski-out access and can comfortably sleep up to six guests featuring 2 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. The first-floor features modern LVP flooring and upgraded carpet on the second. The home is equipped with smart TVs throughout, a cozy wood-burning stove, washer and dryer, and a convenient mudroom for storing all your gear. Guests will also enjoy bike-friendly lodging, free on-site parking, on-call shuttle and easy access to the Village via an approximately eight-minute walk, as well as a short walk to the Western Territory. The Shamrock community offers a variety of shared amenities, including a basketball court, tennis court, covered picnic area, playground, pickleball and shuffleboard courts, a shared gas fire pit, and a green space with a bike rack for washing bikes. Shamrock 41 is a ski-out property. Its an end-unit townhouse located adjacent to the Shamrock Run, which connects to Powderidge Run. Once you come back up on the Powderidge lift, you can walk back to the Shamrock complex which is about 500 feet.
Bikes are allowed on the property but only in the mudroom.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit.
PARKING: Free parking is available in front of the property and is limited to automobiles,station wagons, SUVs, and pick-up trucks. Parking for larger trucks, recreational vehicles, or trailers is prohibited.

We had the most wonderful Presidents’ Day weekend at this ski townhouse — it truly exceeded every expectation! The place is absolutely adorable, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect mountain getaway. You can tell immediately that it has been newly renovated because everything felt pristine, fresh, and thoughtfully designed.The location simply cannot be beat. Being the last townhouse right next to the slopes meant we could walk out the front door, ski straight down the hill, and be on the lifts in moments. Ski-in/ski-out at its finest! After a full day on the mountain, coming back was just as easy and relaxing.One of our favorite parts of the stay was the cozy wood-burning fireplace. It heated the entire space quickly and made the living area feel warm, inviting, and perfect for family time in the evenings.The owner has clearly put so much thought into making this a functional ski home. The organizational hooks and storage areas for skis, gear, and clothing were incredibly helpful and made it easy to keep everything tidy and accessible.A truly magical touch was the family of deer that walked along the path behind the townhouse every afternoon around 4:30. My daughter waited by the back door each day to watch them pass — such a special memory we’ll always cherish.This was hands-down one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve ever had. Our stay with Lynette at shamrock was great! She was an amazing host, she communicated with us in a timely manner and she shared everything that we needed to know to make the most of our vacation. Her condo was clean and recently updated but kept the charm of the cozy winter snowshoe vibes. It was suitable for our family of 5 adults and 1 child. Her condo has a perfect spot to ski out and made getting to the slopes quick and easy! Bonus was all the friendly deer that visited us daily.
