Check out time is 10:00 am •Place all used towels in the bathroom tub •Leave all used bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) and comforters on the beds
•Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher with detergent and turn on to clean before leaving •Take all trash to the dumpster at Snowcrest (the neighborhood next to Timbers)
•Double check all used drawers for personal items and outlets for chargers •If there are any items left behind we can have them shipped them to you for a $25 inconvenience fee plus the shipping cost

Great Snowshoe Rental

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful property. It was well stocked and easy to get to the slopes. Had an issue with hot water and it was quickly taken care of by the property owner. Highly recommend!

A wonderful ski weekend getaway!

This was the perfect winter escape for a families looking to ski. Excellent location with easy access to Snowshoe village and the various mountains for tubing and skiing. The house was wonderful - exceptionally clean and family friendly. We will certainly be back!

The Place We'll Return To

These cabins are fantastic, a stone's throw from the Eagle Swoop lift at the Top of the World. There's also a shuttle stop at the entrance to the complex making it convenient to get to other parts of the mountain. We love the privacy of a stand alone unit with parking right in front. The master bedroom and kitchen/living areas are particularly spacious, nice for all of your coolers and gear. We prepared all of our meals and the kitchen is well stocked for that with a large dining table that everyone fit around comfortably. The decks and hot tub are also a big plus. Communication with the owner was positive, they were very responsive and have helpful tips to share. We'll definitely come back here.

Perfect Cabin Getaway

The property had everything we needed! It was in a great location just down the street from Top of the World, and there was a bus stop right at the end of the street which was very convenient. I was concerned that with only 1800 sqft it might be too small, but with a family of 10 it was just right, and everyone had their own space. We stayed in and cooked all but 2 meals for a full week, and the kitchen had everything we needed for appliances and cookware. Austin the host was very easy to communicate with and gave a lot of additional insight about the area and the house to make it the perfect vacation! Highly recommend for your family and/or friends!

Wonderful home, Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The bedrooms accommodated our family and dogs well. The living area and kitchen were spacious and well equipped. There was a nice heated entry when coming into the cabin to unload and store all our ski equipment. The location was great and just a short walk to the slopes. We would definitely stay here again!

Celebration of Life Family Gathering

The property is very roomy but I was charged an extra $50 dollars for the ninth person when the property sleeps 10 in actual beds (bedrooms) ?? If you plan to use the Gas Grill take your own Grill Cleaning Supplies (Grill Scraper etc) I spent an hour cleaning it before using it! Over all we enjoyed our stay and I would consider booking the property in the future.

Perfect Ski House

Plenty of space for two families with teen age kids. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked as we brought food and prepared all meals in the house. Austin is a very responsive host and immediately assisted when we inadvertently disconnected the WiFi (our mistake). Location is perfect, you could easily walk to Top of the World and ski from there. Highly recommend, we will stay again!

Water damage / mold…

Booked a stay w/ my four younger kids and wife. The property was a lot more beat up than pictures would lead you to believe. Additionally, I found substantial water damage and mold by the windows of the master bedroom. So bad that we packed up and left the first night. I alerted Austin and he said that he’d have someone check in on the place. Never heard from him again.

1st annual back to school mtb vacation

We definitely enjoyed this beautiful cabin. There were plenty of amenities that made it feel like home. Our kids enjoyed all the games and hot tub. Location was convenient to all of the resort, everything was in walking or riding distance. They host thought of most things to keep our trip worry free, to include laundry pods! Motorcycle Getaway

This property was perfect for our motorcycle getaway. The property was very clean and well maintained. There were 5 of us and the common area and deck were great after a days ride. The West Virginia mountains are beautiful and the roads were very nice. Austin was great, gave us insight and was very attentive to our questions. I’m a skier also, and the nearest lift was walkable and there was a skier pick up site a couple doors down. Would definitely stay here again.
