Friendly Staff, But Other Issues…

The room was at an elevated rate due to the Labor Day weekend. The breakfast was ok, but the same everyday. My son grabbed a yogurt to go, and when he started eating it he thought it tasted weird, turns out the expiration date was from 2023. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room, not in the bathroom, but in the corner of the room and the room smelled very musty I believe because of it. My son went to use the jacuzzi tub and when he turned the jets on, two live spiders came out into the water. I’ve never seen him jump so fast. After that no one wanted to use the jacuzzi tub, so we went to use the hot tub by the pool, and of course, it was out of order. The walls in the rooms seemed very thin as it was really loud when someone next door or upstairs turned on their water, and also we could hear practically every footstep from the room above us. If you have other options, you may want to check those out first…

Rooms were a little outdated. Plumbing in shower was old school and didn’t have the updated soap and shampoo dispensers. Towels were in main room and not located next to shower. Associates were very helpful and pleasant.
