This lovely 7 bedroom and 7.5 bath home will sleep 25 guests. It is equipped with 4 kings, 2 queens, 3 pyramid bunks, 1 standard bunk bed set and 1 queen sleeper sofa.
As you enter the home from the ground level you will first notice a game room equipped with a lovely pool table and foosball. This home is equipped with a bad weather entry which allows you direct access into the main house from the garage without getting wet due to rainy weather. From this ground level you will have access to the elevator that will quickly transport you and your supplies to all the upper levels with ease.
The first living level of the home features five main suites along with a private laundry area and elevator access. Two oceanfront bedrooms (king beds) feature warm wood floors, soothing coastal décor, a private sitting area, TV’s, and en-suite bathrooms. Wake up each morning to the sun glistening off the ocean and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing against the shoreline. Just outside the door on the oceanfront deck, you’ll find a warm, bubbling hot tub standing ready to soothe your cares away as you are treated to a nightly star show in the sky above Topsail Island.
Another master suite (queen bed) features warm neutral colors, TV, access to a private Sound-side porch and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower).
There are two additional suites on this level. Bunk room 1 is south facing (streetside) and is set up with two pyramid bunks (sleeps 6). This bunk room has an en-suite bath (tub & shower), TV, dresser, closet and ceiling fan.
Bunk room 2 is north facing (streetside) and is setup with 1 pyramid bunk and 1 standard bunk (sleeps 5). This bunk room has an en-suite bath (tub & shower), TV, dresser, closet and ceiling fan. These bunk rooms will offer great fun for the kids in the group.
The second level of the home features the grand living room, kitchen, half bath, dining areas, elevator access, oceanfront deck access and another king master.
The living area is separated into seating groups, allowing for intimate conversation. The décor boasts soothing colors of the sea, with cool tile floors and plush sofas overlooking walls of oceanfront windows. The large wall mounted TV offers hours of family entertainment, as you gather together to watch your favorite shows, sporting events or the latest hit movie. A large deck with an abundance of comfortable furniture will become your go-to place for morning coffee, as you watch the waves flowing in and washing out again, with the ocean breeze in your hair and the warmth of the early morning sun on your skin.
A Mediterranean-inspired kitchen features stately dark cabinetry, neutral granite countertops, tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. The fridge is equipped with water and ice dispenser, the range is smooth top with oven combination. The family chef will be thrilled to work their culinary magic here. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed for basic meal preparations.
There are two large dining areas that are separated by the kitchen as well as additional seating at the kitchen bar area. The dining areas are overlooking the ocean and provide magnificent views while enjoying those special home-cooked meals.
A king master is located on the living level on the Sound side of the home. This bedroom features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and private en-suite bath with walk-in shower and beautiful vessel sink. There is also a private covered porch for enjoying those spectacular evening sunsets.
As you move up to the top level of the home (third floor) you will find this complete floor level is dedicated to the Grand Master Suite. This fabulous suite consists of warm tones of ivory and chocolate and is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, dresser, TV, a private sitting area, kitchenette with sink, microwave and mini-fridge. Within the sitting area is also a queen size Murphy bed that folds down from the wall. The Grand Master Bath is a soothing retreat, with a large corner soaking tub, double vanities, and a walk-in tiled shower. A private oceanfront deck is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic glass off wine as you watch for a shooting star from the Topsail Island skies.
