We recently stayed at this property in North Topsail Beach and overall had a great experience with a few frustrations worth noting.The home itself is beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location just a short distance from the beach. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, making it feel comfortable and inviting for our entire group. The beds were very soft and cozy—perfect if you prefer that style of mattress like I do.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including some fun extras like a Ninja Slushie machine, which was a nice touch. The basement was another highlight—it was fully equipped with entertainment options and had plenty of beach gear available, including chairs, buckets, umbrellas, a sand stroller, and more. It really made beach days easy and enjoyable.Customer service was also a plus. When we had an issue with the front door keypad not working properly, the response was quick and a maintenance technician came out the same day to fix it, which we really appreciated.That said, there were a few downsides. The hot tub was not in good condition—it was dirty, cold, and needed water added, which was disappointing. Additionally, there were workers pressure washing properties every single day of our stay, starting as early as 7 a.m. The equipment was extremely loud and often parked right next door, even when they were working a few houses away.
